-We have been serving the greater Austin area for more than 20 years. Our formal location was at 10825 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753.
4. What kind of services do you provide?
-We provide family friendly service for all your flooring needs. We sell laminate, hardwood, engineered wood, bamboo, residential carpet, commercial carpet, natural stone, travertine, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, granite countertops, quartz countertops, asphalt roofing, and all the accessories/additional materials that goes with the sale of our product.
5. Do you provide installation?
-Yes, we have our own in-house installation team that can tackle any job of any size. We even have a team of contractors that can assist you in any kind of home renovation that you may need. Please call us for more details.
6. Do you provide shipping?
-Yes, we can ship our product straight to your home for a minimal fee (call us for details). If you choose us for your product installation, we will transport the product for free when we come to do your installation.
7. Do you ship outside of Texas?
-Yes and no, shipping cost for our products is usually not economical, but if the shipping cost make sense to our customer we can provide this service. The average cost to ship our flooring products to another state ranges between $0.30 to $0.80 per square feet to ship to a residential home. 8. Do you guarantee your work?
-Yes, we guarantee our work for one year from any defects by craftsmanship. Most of our flooring product comes with manufacturer warrantees, so you can rest assure that your new floor can be enjoyed for many years to come.

-Yes, we have an in-house team and team of contractors that can tackle any repairs or upgrades you may need.
10. Can you do special orders?
-Yes, we carry a lot of products but if you cannot find what you are looking for, provide us with the details of the product you want and we can try to get it for you.
11. Do you sell to contractors or builders?
-Yes, we sell high-quality products at very low margin. Please call us for more details.
12. Do you price match?
-Yes, our pricing is very competitive. Present us with a quote from our local competitor and we will guarantee to beat their prices.
13. Do you provide free estimate?
-Yes, all estimates are free of charge and you are not obligated to purchase from us. We do ask our customers to come visit our showroom to make sure that we have a product you like. Also, this will help us determine what you like, and allow us to bring some samples to your home for better evaluation base on your home lighting situation.
14. How far are you willing to travel for installation?
-We usually travel within 25 miles from our showroom to service our customer's flooring needs, but we can definitely travel farther. Depending on the distance, we may charge a small destination fee.
15. If you do not have an item in stock, how long does it take to order?
-We usually can get an out of stock item in within 1-3 business days. Other factors like weather or manufacture availability may add some delays.
16. Why can't I make an order online?
-We like to speak to our customers before placing an order to ensure that you have everything you may need for installation of your flooring. This will also give us a chance to offer cost saving alternatives to help you reduce your project's budget. We discovered that our customers are more satisfied, because we offer many years of expertise to help them be successful in the purchase and install of their new flooring.
17. Can you ship me some samples of your product?
-No, we do everything we can to keep cost down so that you can save more money. Also, we do some sells online but our core business is to serve our local customers in and around the great Austin area. If you like to see samples of our product, most flooring store will carry the same high-quality products that we have in store.
18. Is your product safe to use?
-Yes, we do a lot of research into our product and manufacturers before we will allow the product to be in our showroom. Unlike other big flooring companies and retailers, we value our customer's trust and confidence in our product and installation.
19. How are you able to get installation cost so low?
-We have our own dedicated in-house flooring installation team that have been installing flooring for many years. Our team is very efficient and can do an installation within 1 or 2 days on an average single family home.
20. How long does it take for you to do an installation?
-We usually can finish an installation within 1 or 2 days without any floor preparation. Depending on the floor preparation needed, you can add an addition 1 or 2 days.
